Every gown undergoes a thorough inspection process before it is shipped. Although we work with trusted manufacturing partners, we maintain strict quality standards to ensure each dress meets our expectations.

1. Your dress is produced according to our scheduled production timeline. Once completed, it is transferred to our inspection center, where trained quality specialists examine every detail.
2. A comprehensive review is performed to verify that the finished product matches your order specifications, including size, color, customization requests, and overall craftsmanship.

The best way to clean a wedding dress or evening gown before storage is to take it to a professional cleaner experienced in bridal and formalwear care. If only minor stains are present, spot cleaning at home may be possible.

1. Identify the fabric. Silk, lace, heavily embellished gowns, and vintage pieces should always be cleaned professionally.
2. Inspect the gown thoroughly for stains caused by perspiration, food, beverages, makeup, or dirt collected along the hemline.
3. Before applying any cleaning solution, test it on a hidden section of fabric to ensure it will not cause discoloration.
4. Use appropriate stain treatments: hydrogen peroxide for white wine, sweat, or blood stains; hairspray for ink stains; and a gentle soap solution or dry-cleaning solvent for oily stains.
5. After treating the stain, blot carefully with a clean white cloth. A small amount of white vinegar may be used before rinsing with water and allowing the area to dry naturally.
6. For a dirty hemline, soak only the hem in warm water with mild detergent. Gently loosen dirt with a soft toothbrush, then rinse thoroughly.
7. Never hang a wet gown to dry. Instead, lay it flat on a clean plastic-coated drying rack to prevent stretching, tearing, or staining.

With proper preservation, your gown can remain a treasured keepsake for generations.

1. Keep the protective garment bag that accompanied your dress, or use a clean plastic covering when transporting it to a cleaner.
2. Store the gown in an acid-free preservation box with acid-free tissue paper. Alternatively, suspend it carefully using padded hangers and cotton coverings designed for bridal garments.
3. Choose a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and fluctuating temperatures.
4. Inspect your gown periodically to check for discoloration or unnoticed stains and allow the fabric to breathe.
